Mid-Century Bliss Retreat

Welcome to our chic Mid-Century retreat in Charlotte! Perfectly positioned just 15 minutes from Uptown, this stylish home offers the ideal blend of comfort and convenience. Unwind in the cozy living room, cook in the fully equipped kitchen, and enjoy streaming entertainment. Minutes from vibrant Plaza Midwood and NODA neighborhoods, UNC, and easy airport access. Your perfect base for exploring the Queen City!

The listing is for an entire 3 bedroom, 1 Bathroom. Situated 7 miles southeast of ‘Trade and Tryon’ (center of uptown), this stylish home is convenient to Plaza-Midwood, Uptown, NoDa, and SouthPark. Our place will accommodate up to 7 adults.

Enjoy your free time relaxing on our sofa watching the 65” Smart TV, or enjoying a book with a glass of wine on under the gazebo.

The kitchen has plenty of counter space and is well-equipped with all the basic hardware and more.

Every room is fully furnished and we provide extra linens and towels for use during your stay. We keep paper and soap stocked between guests. And if you would like a particular amenity not listed here, just shoot me a message and I’ll try my best to accommodate it!

The yard is fenced, and has a good mix of sun/shade from the many large oak trees that grow in the neighborhood.

Here is a description of individual areas of our home:

Living Room: pull out couch (sleeps 1), 1 accent chairs, coffee table, 65inchSamsung TV with streaming apps.

Kitchen: full refrigerator, oven, microwave, drip coffee maker and Keurig (with creamer and k-cups provided), dishwasher, pots, pans, flatware, dishes, glasses, and other basic kitchen items. We have a small dining area in the kitchen that seats 4 on stools.

Bedrooms: All bedrooms are quipped with a Queen size bed, 2 bedside tables, and 2 table lamps that have fast usb, usb-c, and three prong power outlet attached with a modern base to hold your iphone or ipad. There's also a closet, and dresser.

Full Bathroom: Includes tub/shower, shower caddy. There's shampoo, conditioner, and body wash located in the shower. Under the bathroom sink you can find extra toilet paper.

On the floating shelf we provide q-tips and cotton pads.

In the bathroom drawers you'll find 2 spare toothbrushes, tooth paste, women's feminine products, makeup wipes, and blow dryer.

You'll have access to our entire home and backyard. You'll also have access to our driveway. We do have one owner's closet that remains locked.

In each room, you'll find complimentary earplugs and soothing white noise machines to help you enjoy a peaceful night's rest.

Although our home is located on a bustling street with no available street parking, you can comfortably park your car in our spacious driveway, which accommodates two vehicles.

You can also arrange for an Uber/Lyft to pick you up right at our doorstep and take you to your desired destination.

The nearest bus station is a one-minute walk from our Airbnb. This fantastic proximity to public transportation makes it incredibly easy to access various parts of the city.

There's a $20/night/guest additional fee for any number of guests over 5. Please ensure you've entered the correct guest count when making your reservation so you have the correct price for your stay!
